Message: don't output color codes when `-m` flag is set
Without this condition check, the `_msg` function prints out colored log
messages even when `makepkg` is run with the `-m`/`--nocolor` option.
When this flag is set, `makepkg` sets the `USE_COLOR` environment vari-
